Free Lead Magnets and Downloadable Resources

Automatic Renewal: Paid subscriptions (such as The VentureWise Woman Wise Moves) renew automatically on a monthly or annual basis (depending on your plan) unless you cancel.

When Cancellation Takes Effect:
Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period
You will retain access to paid content through the end of the period you've already paid for
No refunds or pro-rated refunds are provided for partial billing periods
No Refunds: Due to the nature of digital content and immediate access upon payment, we do not offer refunds for subscription fees. All sales are final.
Founder/Lifetime Pricing: If you subscribed at a special "founder rate" or "locked-in rate," that pricing will remain in effect as long as you maintain continuous subscription without cancellation.
Payment Terms
Payment Processing: All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors (Stripe, Kit/ConvertKit). By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.
Failed Payments: If a payment fails (e.g., expired card, insufficient funds):
We will attempt to process payment again
Your access may be suspended until payment is successful
You are responsible for updating payment information
Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period. If you do not agree to a price increase, you may cancel your subscription.
Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable sales tax, VAT, or other taxes based on your location.
Advisory Services
Nature of Services: Our 1:1 advisory sessions and consulting services provide educational guidance, strategic insights, and general business advisory related to commercial real estate concepts. They are not:
Real estate brokerage or agency representation

Scheduling and Cancellation:
Sessions must be scheduled in advance
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance
No-shows or late cancellations (less than 24 hours) forfeit the session fee
Rescheduling is subject to availability
Session Fees: All advisory session fees are non-refundable once the session has been conducted. If you cancel with proper notice, we will work with you to reschedule.
User-Generated Content and Testimonials
If you provide feedback, testimonials, reviews, or other content to us (through email, forms, or social media), you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content for marketing and promotional purposes.
You represent and warrant that:
You own or have rights to any content you submit
Your content does not violate any third-party rights
Your content is truthful and accurate
We reserve the right to edit, refuse, or remove any user-generated content at our discretion.
Testimonials: By providing a testimonial, you consent to its use on our Website and marketing materials. We may edit testimonials for length or clarity. No compensation is provided for testimonials.
